Noah Brooks, CMT, CIPM

Noah Brooks serves as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) with LPL Financial, where he supports advisors with investment strategy, portfolio construction, and asset management solutions.

Prior to his current role, Noah joined LPL Financial as a financial advisor in 2013 before being promoted to Director of Investments for Good Life Financial Group in 2014. In that position, he led the development of the firm's investment platform and was responsible for creating a comprehensive asset management program designed to help advisors efficiently serve clients while focusing on business growth and retention. Noah partnered closely with advisors and professional partners to develop investment strategies and portfolio solutions and created the firm's Wealth Allocation Models (WAM) and associated investment policy statements.

Before joining Good Life, Noah served as a Senior Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo. He began his career with Prudential Securities, where he focused on investment execution and analytics.

Noah resides in Bernville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Aelish. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and cooking.
